Facility Administrator position for a 49-bed behavioral health facility, in an assisted living program for the elderly (RCFE) in Monterey. This facility serves individuals with memory issues and behavioral health issues. Detailed oriented, strong management skills, budgeting and facility experience. Will oversee medication management including ordering, distributing and facilitating the detailed processes.
Responsibilities include assisting in the overall management of 30+ staff, their training, client care and insuring the facilities exemplary compliance with Title 22 and other regulatory agencies.
Candidate must have strong communication and computer skills. Must be able to pass the RCFE Administrator certification. Clinician (MSW, LMFT or LCSW) preferred but not mandatory. Good driving record.
